Visitors between the ages of 12-17 will be required to provide proof of age, usually in the form of a birth certificate, and they must also be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

It is important to note that once visitors enter the visitation area, they are not permitted to leave and return. Once an individual leaves the visitation area, the visit is considered concluded.

Florida divorce records obtained from the state’s Department of Health cost a non-refundable search fee of $5 which covers the cost of one certified copy of the record. Additional copies of the same record cost $4 each, and a search fee of $2 per calendar year is charged if the requesting party does not know the exact year the divorce was granted.
