Jeez...@nationalgridus. Why would you come and terminate power to half a house and not verify with the account holder first? I come home to a fridge full of medication and food with no ppwer for hours...who's reimbursing me? Very costly mistake you made here. Unacceptable.

@nationalgridus how can I get my service back tonight? Your call center is closed. I called earlier this week to transfer ownership. Tonight I noticed my gas stopped working while it was working fine before.

Hey @nationalgridus my gas was shut off after I called to start service earlier this week. I called again, was told it was a mistake but now I have to wait another 24 hours to get a tech appt. It’s 25 degrees outside. Not hot water, nothing.

@nationalgridus I’m not having an issue with the website you just don’t have an option for people to start stop or transfer service online you require all actions to be through phone which is not helpful.
